Well here it is mid May and I'm still posting shots from late Winter. This was a good day for photos although the high water made life difficult for awhile. I don't know if this is the same bird as in the last Hooded Merganser shots, another juvenile male at least. In the last image he's about to finish swallowing the whole thing before taking flight.
