| I was looking for Whimbrel but all I could find were three Spotted Sandpipers at the end of West Head. They were interesting to watch as they fed amongst the seaweed and rocks in the company of a few Least Sandpipers. There was one juvenile in the bunch which is not pictured here. Aug. 5. |
